The room was excellent, with comfortable beds and a beautiful bathroom. The amenities provided were great and the breakfast selection was fantastic. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, with excellent English skills. The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park.

We were happy to find Satine French Restaurant 600 ft away, where we could eat. We appreciated this hotel. An excellent place for exploring Hangzhou.

Located in the middle of a beautiful wetland park and surrounded by nature. Rooms are well equipped with a peaceful balcony view and comfortable amenities. The staff are very attentive and helpful, providing recommendations for transportation and tourist attractions.

The hotel is quite isolated from the city and does not offer many dining options. The breakfast buffet is not extensive and lacks variety compared to similar hotels.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and impeccable service. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the surrounding wetland park. the spa centre with its wide range of massage treatments and steam room were an added bonus. the garden area provided a tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited live entertainment options at the venue. the restaurant and lounge area more than made up for it with their delicious cuisine and extensive drink menu.

Had a wonderful Easter break in a resort near a beautiful wetland park. Loved the spacious and nicely decorated rooms with comfy beds. Amazing views from the balcony and great facilities in the resort. Loved the yummy breakfast buffet and friendly staff always willing to help.

Being a bit far from the city center and not having many dining options nearby. the shuttle service was limited and it was a bit challenging to find transportation on our own.

Guests can enjoy a well-equipped fitness center, a refreshing pool, and a delicious breakfast buffet. the rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and great views of the park.

Some guests experienced poor service from staff members who struggled with English or forgot to bring items as requested.
